call our phone number to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We will provide a ship to address and ask for details as to the nature
of the request. All returns must be pre-authorized and include our assigned
RMA number. Product returns without an authorization number will be refused.
All returns must be within 15 days of the invoice date. The product must be in unopened condition to justify a full refund. If the item is defective we will offer a full refund or offer to exchange the defective product with a new replacement.
Our goal is to deserve your repeat business and we know this means working with you as we expect our suppliers to work with us. In the case of an opened product, we have a standard policy to refund 85% of the original purchase price. We must have a 15% surcharge on opened merchandise as we can not resell anything that has been previously opened as new.
In the special case of DVD media and VHS tapes, we will replace defective media but will not refund the purchase price for these items as they are too easily copied and pirated.
Note: shipping charges are not refundable and you will need to cover the shipping charges on returns to our distribution facility in Eastern Pennsylvania.
